In 2017, Dan Rice founded Collaborative Anesthesia Partners (CAP) with a mission to improve how anesthesia reimbursement is understood and managed for both providers and healthcare facilities. This vision led to the development of CAP’s distinctive, personalized staffing models—grounded in a deep understanding of anesthesia reimbursement, diverse practice models, and the specific scope of practice laws in each state.

Fast forward 8 years and 13 states later, Collaborative Anesthesia Partners' vision is now a reality, becoming a nationwide anesthesia group run by anesthesia providers. Now expanding into the Southeast, CAP actively operates in Georgia, Florida, and Texas.

Morgan Buko, CEO of the Georgia division, brings over a decade of experience in healthcare before transitioning into the business side of anesthesia. She is committed to bringing her clinical insight and operational expertise to enhance the anesthesia business culture throughout the Atlanta market and beyond. She plans to focus on Metro Atlanta and aims to infiltrate rural Georgia in hopes to increase access to care.
